What You’ll do

  • Focus on the digitalization and omnichannel business needs of retail enterprises, and own the sales cycle from the prospecting stage to closing deals.
  • Cooperate with partners, proactively explore business opportunities, and creatively drive innovation for merchants in retail, digital, and platform services.
  • Partner with technology leaders and solution consultants to provide timely feedback to the product department for upgrades.

Who You Are

  • You have high levels of energy, love networking, and thrive in hands-on environments;
  • You have proven experience in an enterprise sales role (3+ years) selling complex solutions; preferably in ERP, POS or Platform.
  • You are a team player who enjoys working with a global team across different roles, and cultures.

HR

What You’ll do

  • Partner with Managers and solution consultants and provide excellent candidate experience.
  • Drive improvements in whole areas of hiring like sales and administration.
  • Support Team Leads and members with employee relations support as necessary.

Who You Are

  • You have knowledge and application of behavioural/competency-based interview methods coupled with the ability to manage an end-to-end recruitment process.
  • You have the ability to define the needed profile(s) and skill-set(s) and to help create a hiring matrix for the roles.
  • You have high levels of energy, love networking, and connecting and thrive in hands-on environments.

Office Administrator

What You’ll do

  • General support for various departments, like secretarial work and telephone/email/guest response.
  • Assists in the preparation and submission of regular reports to the authorities and supports the preparation of annual reports.
  • Assists in preparation and tracking of budget, procurement requests and other assigned financial activities, may assist with tracking and managing personnel matters and labour relations activities.

Who You Are

  • You have more than 3 years of relevant experience in office administration, global experience preferred.
  • You have strong organizational practices with professional skills in verbal and written communication.
  • You have ability to build trust and positive working relationships with diverse groups including company stakeholders.
